ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GENERAL PROVISIONS
- These Terms and Conditions define the general terms of sale conducted through the Online Store and the provision of electronic services by the Seller.

- Using the contact form available on the Online Store’s website.
- The Seller may organize occasional contests and promotions, the terms of which will be announced on the Online Store’s website. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
- These Terms and Conditions are permanently available on the Online Store’s website in a manner that allows them to be viewed, downloaded, and reproduced by the Customer.
- The Seller informs that cookies are used on the Online Store’s website. Detailed rules are set out in a separate document (“Cookie Policy”).
- Definitions used in these Terms and Conditions:
- Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Republic of Croatia.
- Customer: Any natural or legal person purchasing Products through the Online Store.
- Consumer: A natural person acting outside their trade, business, or profession in accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act and EU law.
- Account: An individual section of the Online Store assigned to a Customer.
- Shopping Cart: A digital tool allowing Customers to select and review Products before purchase.
- Newsletter: A service enabling the Seller to send commercial and informational content to the Customer’s email address.
- Product: Any item available for sale on the Online Store.
- Online Store: The e-commerce platform operated under the domain toparts.eu.
- Seller: RebootLab j.d.o.o., company number: 040489253, registered office: Korzo 22, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia, email: info@toparts.eu, phone: +385 992212070.
- Agreement / Sales Agreement: A distance sales contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer in accordance with Croatian law and applicable EU regulations.
- Order: A Customer’s declaration of intent to purchase Products under these Terms.
- The Online Store can be used if the following minimum technical requirements are met:
- Internet access,
- An active email account,
- An up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled.
- The Customer is obliged to comply with applicable laws of the Republic of Croatia and the European Union and respect the rights of third parties.
- The Seller provides the following free services via the Online Store: Account management, Newsletter subscription, Shopping Cart functionality, and online contact forms.
- The Service Agreement is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated at any time by deleting the Account or unsubscribing from the Newsletter.
- If the Customer violates these Terms, the Seller may terminate the Service Agreement after prior notice.
DELIVERY The Seller delivers Products to the address indicated by the Customer during the ordering process. Available delivery methods may include courier delivery services or personal collection (if offered). Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during the order process.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS All Product prices displayed on the Online Store include VAT (if applicable) and are shown in euros (EUR). Available payment methods:
- Bank transfer
- Credit/debit card
- Online payment providers (if available)
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day the Consumer acquires physical possession of the Product. To exercise this right, the Consumer must inform: RebootLab j.d.o.o. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
COMPLAINTS AND LIABILITY The Seller is liable for material defects in accordance with the Croatian Civil Obligations Act. Complaints may be submitted:

OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION Consumers may submit complaints via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
DATA PROTECTION The Seller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable Croatian data protection legislation.
FINAL PROVISIONS Croatian law shall apply to all contracts concluded through this Online Store. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent court in the Republic of Croatia. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions in accordance with applicable laws.
