Returns
  1. The Customer has the right to return goods purchased in the store within 14 days from receipt of the shipment on the terms described in § VII of the Terms and Conditions and in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
  2. Products should be properly packaged and secured for transport.
  3. The return procedure applies only to goods that do not show signs of installation or use.
  4. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Buyer.
  5. Please download, complete, and attach to the shipment the withdrawal form from the “downloads” section.
  6. We do not accept cash on delivery parcels.
  7. Failure to comply with the above recommendations will be the basis for rejecting the return of goods.
Complaints
  1. We do not accept cash on delivery parcels.
  2. Products should be properly packaged and secured for transport.
  3. In case of a justified complaint, the damaged goods will be replaced with another full-value item, and if this is not possible (e.g., due to stock depletion), the store will refund the costs incurred by the Customer or offer other goods available in the store to choose from.
  4. If the purchased goods were damaged during shipping, please send them back together with a copy of the received invoice and a damage report prepared with the courier, with a detailed description of the complaint reasons.
  5. Transaction cost refunds are made by bank transfer. In the case of payments through the payment system, to the account number from which the payment was received. In other cases, to the account number provided in the form and return protocol.
  6. Complaints are processed within 14 days.
  7. Complaints regarding differences in the appearance of ordered goods from received ones, resulting from differences in the Customer’s monitor settings, particularly differences in colors and shades, do not constitute grounds for complaints.
  8. The Store is not responsible for non-conformity of goods with the agreement if the buyer was aware of this non-conformity.
  9. The following are not subject to complaints:
    • products damaged as a result of improper installation
    • natural wear and tear of the product
    • mechanical damage
    • obvious defects visible upon receipt of the package and not reported immediately after detection
    • water damage
How to return products to the store:
1. Pack the products you want to return
Remember to protect the returned goods from damage by inserting appropriate filling. Pack the shipment in a regular-shaped box or foil pack used by the courier company. Seal the shipment with tape. Do not use stretch film.
2. Send the package to us.
