All data we have (including data stored in cookies) was provided voluntarily by you when creating an account, making purchases, sending a message through the contact form, inquiring about product availability, and subscribing to the Newsletter. The data you provide, such as first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address, are necessary for us to conclude an agreement with you and for its proper execution.
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of:
1) necessary to fulfill the concluded agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), including:
- creating an account, managing it, and technical support,
- providing electronic services, including contract fulfillment and payment processing,
- handling complaints,
- handling requests made, among others, through the contact form
2) implementing actions for which you give consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), including:

Your data is stored for the entire period of:
- having an account in the online store
- the duration of the agreement

If processing was based on consent – it will last until you withdraw it.
We do not send your personal data outside the European Union.
